Practice
Knowledge is not only something we think. It is also something we experience through our bodies, our relationships, and our encounters with the living world.
My work as a scholar-practitioner brings together embodied inquiry, integrative, trauma-informed bodywork, depth psychology, and an ongoing exploration of healing and transformation. I am particularly interested in the relationships among embodied memory, nervous system regulation, creativity, and the ways personal and ancestral histories are carried and transformed.
As a licensed massage therapist in Texas, I offer integrative, trauma-informed bodywork grounded in attentive presence, individualized care, and respect for each person's lived experience.
My broader practice includes contemplative and creative inquiry, engagement with the natural world, and exploration of equine-facilitated healing.
